I had some issues with the car very shortly post sale, and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they take the car to the dealership on my behalf, they gave me a loaner and put some gas in my car when I got it back. Thank you!

After 1 year and 1/2 with my car I tried to get permit to travel with my car to mexico and they told me my car had a salvage title. I WAS TOLD THIS HAD A CLEN CAR FAX !!!!!!! DONT BUY FROM THIS FAKE "DEALERSHIP" . DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!

A bunch of my friends and even my boyfriend has gone with Auto Merchants to purchase cars. The cars are genuinely a great deal and the Auto Merchants team has a laid back yet efficient approach where they aren't too pushy like the typical auto dealerships and they don't waste your time waiting when trying to close a deal like other places do. I worked with Ara who was a delight to work with and very professional. He was very transparent and honest about whether or not a specific model would be a great fit for what we were looking for and he got us in an out in less than an hour. It was the easiest car buying experience, we'd ever been through. 10/10 would recommend!

I was an out of state buyer, pre approved. Down payment in hand. Tho it Did not seem like Travis even wanted to sell me a car. I completely had his full attention until eventually he stopped responding . I was ready to do business, talk numbers and have papers ready to sign next morning. I ended up buying off Carvana. I HIGHLY recommend Carvana for out of state buyers, I was only ignored at auto merchants.
Tho now after seeing all the 1 star reviews for terrible customer service and lemon vehicles. Thank you Travis ! I didn’t regret my mistake!

I purchased my second car from Auto Merchant and both times they were super helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. Ray was our salesman this time and he is really helpful!! Finance people are great too!

Mostly useless salespeople. Asked about a car from 2 different sales boys and they did nothing to help. Sales quota must be pretty low. Some of them however were very helpful, depends who you ask.

Came here to purchase a vehicle on a Friday. I unfortunately came on the day when the servers were down globally. (I was not aware of the global outage as I had not watched the news that day.) I started the process and even did a test drive on the vehicle I wanted. When it came time for payment, I was unable to access the funds due the outage. I told them I was coming back Monday to complete the process as I was unable to come on Saturday due to my work schedule. When I called on Monday to follow-up, I was informed the car had sold on Saturday. I was told I should have put a deposit down if I wanted to secure the car. No one informed me of that when I was there Friday. Quite unfortunate as I was looking forward to completing the purchase.
