  Carlos and Tommy in finance are the real MVP's! They both went above and beyond to get me into a car that I liked after my other car (that I bought from them a few years ago) was an unexpected total loss due to a deer collision. I will always go to Carlos for my car buying needs. He is honest and made sure to get me into a good vehicle for my family. I'm so appreciative of both him and Tommy's work ethic and desire to help people. It didn't just feel like another sale. It feels like real people who care about helping you. Ask for Carlos if you are looking to purchase your next vehicle!

  I had the opportunity to work with Bruce, and although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle at this time, I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.   Bruce, Tommy, Ray and Kenny were all helpful and instrumental in the purchase of my new car! I did everything with Bruce and Tommy over the phone (I reside in Houston) and all I had to do was sign paperwork which took about 30 minutes! Kenny even drove me back to the dealership after I returned my rental. The entire process was simple and painless and I would absolutely do business with them again. The customer service is top tier.

  I have bought 4 cars over the years from Christian at Auto Merchants and test driven more than I can count! Christian is awesome. Honest, patient and always willing to help. All 4 cars have been great for our family. Will be back for number 5 at some point, because I hate dealing with the dealerships.

  Carlos helped me purchase a used car with confidence, as well as trade in my older van and the entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Carlos kept everything moving quickly and truly made the car buying process easy and stress free. The prices were fair, the service was great and after visiting several different dealerships and test driving several different cars, the non-pressuring, peaceful experience I had at Auto Merchants was unmatched. I would definitely work with Carlos again.

  I walked into the dealership fully braced for the usual car-buying headache: high-pressure sales, surprise add-ons, “nitrogen-filled tires,” window etch fees, and a dozen other extras I didn’t want. Instead, I got the complete opposite, and it was honestly refreshing.
  My salesman was Human, and from the moment I got there he was straight-up, zero pressure, and completely transparent. When I told him once, “I don’t want any add-ons or extras,” and that was it; he never brought it up again. No games, no pushing, no hidden surprises on the paperwork. Everything was explained clearly and upfront.
  They even held a very hard-to-find truck for me over the weekend until the banks opened Monday morning, without asking for a deposit or any commitment. That kind of trust and flexibility is almost unheard of these days.
  This was hands-down the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had. When it’s time for my next truck (or when any of my friends or family need a vehicle), this dealership will be the very first place I send them. Highly recommend!
