The sales representative was awesome and caring and very helpful or thats what we thought. Not only has the car we got spent more time in the shop than we have been able to drive it. They refuse to fix it or accommodate for it in anyway. If you shop here be forewarned you could end up with a lemon.

OMG….what can I say about my car buying experience at Auto Class Direct? Nothing…but they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My salesman Denny was the epitome of a gentleman. Greg was super rude, all because he couldn’t get a higher down amount than what my wife stated. She told him we could do more if necessary but he insisted we HAD to tell him the max we would do. Another salesman from different dealership stated they don’t have to have a max amount in order to process a deal. If more money is needed the deal would come back and say so. I don’t know why Greg was insert but I hate that he ruined my experience. Sam is the person to go too, whom was super friendly. Decided NOT to get vehicle from them due to Greg being rude to my wife.

I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 sport in April 2024. I enjoyed working with the sales team and thought I was getting a great deal.
The truck was running and ready when I went to test drive it. When the deal was done the truck was running and waiting when I left. I thought they really were giving me VIP treatment. Very impressive.
The next day when I started the truck it was singing a different tune. Engine was knocking and making serious noises. The engine quieted down in a minute or so.
After a little research I was made aware that broken exhausts manifold bolts were the likely cause. I found 5 broken bolts. Once the exhaust heats up it seals up and stops making the sound.
This truck supposedly went through their inspection process. The truck should not of been on the lot in that condition after an inspection. It cost me another $1500 in parts and labor to make the truck safe to operate. The truck runs great now .
I realize I bought “ as is “. But I was under the impression that the inspection was performed to find and fix important issues. That was not the case.
I brought this all to their attention . They felt that they were fair with me based on the fact that they dropped the price to my offer. I disagree. I ended up with a truck needing major repairs, thinking I got a great deal.
In my opinion their inspection process is flawed or their sales protocol needs to be a little more honest .
My suggestion is to not put much faith in their inspection process. Make sure the vehicle is started cold in your presence, not already warmed up. Check everything for proper operation yourself.

I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from Auto Class Direct last Thursday and I couldn't be happier! Sam, the staff member who assisted us, had great vibes and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Had sent all the paperwork before hand and was was told I could get in the vehicle of my choosing so I drove an hour out of my way to get there and they tried to sell me some hooptie

We bought a car from auto class direct- a 2015 Hyundai sonata with 130,000 miles on it in 2022. they forced the “sold as is” policy with some cosmetic issues that were visible. But they were not honest with us about the other issue of the car. Within the day of buying it we noticed the car had to have an axle be replaced. They had lubed it up to last long enough till after we left the dealership. Then a couple of months after that, we had to replace the other axle for the same issue because it was wearing down. We were not told about this and we know that they knew about this and we even asked for any issues that the car had before signing. And then within a 6 month period of owning the car, we find out that the car is losing oil. We find out that the engine is eating oil (burning it inside the engine). Which is a death sentence for a car. This was probably the reason it was sold to them and they “knew nothing about it” and swore the engine was running perfectly. All that to say, we did a lot of precautionary things before buying, such as having three people test drive the car. But if someone lies to you, there’s just no way of knowing what you’re getting. So I would not trust this place to sell another car to me because a sales place that has no moral compass and will intentionally lie and to things to cover up issues in the car just to make a sale, is not one I would do business with again.
