I like the merchandise they have, but every item in that store with a green sticker is marked up! They dont even bother to take off the original sticker, they just put a green sticker on top of it. I bought a marble lazy *****. The green sticker was marked $44.99. I peeled it off and underneath was the original sticker with the bar code which was marked $39.99. This is cheating! They are recently advertising they have marked down thousands of prices. Thats a lie. They have marked up thousands of prices. When I checked out, my item scanned $44.99. I told the cashier the original sticker is $39.99. Without hesitation she overused the price. They know they have to honor the original sticker price. This is really bad business practice.

I initially bought a lampshade on line and it was delivered via door dash . I wasn’t home so it was left in the foyer of my apartment block without any packaging - just the lampshade !! Weird. I took it back and so First time at the store in Danvers Ma. Staff were very nice but NO ASSISTANCE on the shop floor to help. I spent an hour trying to figure out the lampshade fittings and had to walk from front to back of the store twice to ask a question to the only staff on checkouts . The store needs customer support on the floor . The items I bought were very good , but the experience wasn’t so good .

I had the best experience at the At Home store in Chantilly, Virginia yesterday. I was totally frustrated trying to find a lamp shade. After spending over half an hour trying to find one to fit a lamp, CoCo, an At home employee, came along. She could not have been more helpful. She really worked with me to try to find the right combination of harp, shade etc. CoCo truly went above and beyond her job description to be helpful. Thank you, CoCo
