If you're looking for a salon that can handle Asian style hair, this is it. Kaz the manager was extremely friendly for my first visit. When you see different hair techniques that shows they are confident in their skills.
As an Asian male, definitely coming back and would recommend

I went in wanting to come out a raspberry, and raspberry I became I had an appointment at 4:30, but they had an opening at 4. I was in by 4 and out by 6:30. For a bleach, color, and cut with washing in between, that's quite a short time! I was comfortable throughout, as Kaz made sure to keep asking if I was okay (bleach can sting the scalp) and only needed to show the stylist the reference pictures a few times. I highly recommend bringing pictures for the stylists! I love my new look

I have been going to Arukas for 2 years. Seiko was the one who did my japanese hair for 2 years and she charged me 250 (she left arukas this year so I have to go with new person , Arukas said, he is very good). This year a gentleman who moved from california did my hair and charged me 300. He spend less than 2.5 hours on my hair. For 8 years, I have been doing my japanese hair (before Arukas, it was different salon). I know the process. they wash the hair before applying step 1. this person in Arukas did not wash my hair. My hair right now is very rough everytime I wash, splitends, and lot of knots everytime I comb. I am very unhappy. I wish i can give 0 star. Upon calling Arukas, the gentleman said he will fix it. I do not want to go back there. I dont like chemicals on my hair again in less than few weeks.

Been here twice now. Love both experiences. Would recommend to others. Wife also had hers cut and styled. Everything looked so beautiful.

My experience with Hiro was not great. Asked him to perm my hair and got bad scalp and hair damage from the chemical. My hair is thin and it is still easily fall off after OVER 4 months!??
