Good infrastructure thats all they have. Do they make good use of it for kids development ? No, they just take kids out for 30 mins on a good weather day. Very political administration. Policies change overnight for their convenience and they live in denial when feedback is provided. A legal incident at this school was hidden from teacher and parents for such a long time. Do not recommend this school at all.

We love here so much. Wish I send my kids when they started preschool. This is the bestEnvironment I had ever seen in the area, and of course the teachers and staffs are so caring and loving to the kids. This is the genuine Montessori that we were looking for.

We made the mistake of asking if the school provided any additional services if needed, for our child. They went from having space for the next year, to a phone call that they did not have space for our kid. It was obvious from a conversation with the administrator that if we required any OT or additional services (we didn't know for certain if he would) this was the wrong school. I was immediately turned off by their response. The school was beautiful and grounds were outstanding- but because of that interaction, I cannot recommend this school.

Top notch education for babies and kids with a huge naturescape! Teachers are very tenured, nurturing and caring, and head of school runs a great program.

We have had a wonderful experience at this little school over the last 5 years. Small class sizes, individual student workplans, lovely guides, and an unparalleled outdoor learning environment. We have not had a bad experience with a single guide in the last 5 years I have had a child attending this school. They are tenured, well-educated, and thoughtful. This school develops strong character in its students, like integrity, compassion and respect. The Guides are definitely leading by example here. They seem to have a never-ending amount of patience, empathy, grace, and respect for their students. And most of students we have encountered mirror that behavior. This school effectively supports students with learning differences. Montessori by nature is great for learning differences. Students learn at their own pace, and have the opportunity to work at whatever level they are ready for, no matter what the rest of the classroom is doing. This school has an effective approach to homework. My oldest child in in 1st grade, and we are so happy he is not bringing home homework. He does his work at school, brings home a new book to read at home every week, and genuinely enjoys learning during school hours.

We have been with Archgate for two years spanning a summer with toddler to kindergarten and we plan on continuing into elementary. That gives us experience with 3 classrooms (2,4&7) and we have thoroughly enjoyed them all. Each room has a unique style and personality which seems to have matched with our children's personalities quite well. The school as a whole has been very supportive in every situation that has risen be it with potty training, pandemic response, separation anxiety, social concerns etc...The teachers we have love what they do and it shows. I'd say the same for the office manager and head of school. They are quick to respond and very helpful. The only thing we miss from our previous preschool is the private photo groups so we had a little more insight into the day. On the other hand at our previous school I saw teachers scrolling their phones multiple times with a class full of kids so I appreciate why that's not a priority here. Last year I felt a bit intimidated with the communication style but I think it has improved immensely since then. Academic wise we see a love of learning growing in our kids as well as increased confidence, independence, and pride in their accomplishments. I think it's safe to say everyone wants those things for their kids and I feel like their growth is really fostered here. It's great to see my kids to really hone in and focus on what interests them. All in all we are really excited to continue here, the kids love it and so do we.

Our family is so lucky to have this wonderful school close to our first residence in Plano. Staff is great, teachers are so caring and attention about child's development. Feels like my extended family.

Pros: - Good infrastructure with great outdoors.Cons: - Most teachers are lethargic, complacent and lack passion for teaching with no transparency. - This school will not work for working parents with too many holidays across the calendar year (no other montessori school in the area has this kind of calendar). I'm so glad that I pulled my daughter out of the school and she is doing really well at her new school.
