“3/5/2024Jerome completed faucet issues without any problems, really quick leaving the area nice and tidy! Faucet running like a charm. Thank you!Elder assisted Jerome with the electrical problem. Outlet had a bad connection. My TV in the other room and outlet behind it wasn't working either, which Elder pointed out. By repairing that outlet, it resolved three issues, instead of two that I reported. Thanks Guys! Job well done! Appreciate how quickly the issue was solved and repair completed. Woohoo!Recently, I noticed that wasps had built a nest between the window and the screen. They must have entered after hail damaged the window screen. Being highly allergic to bee stings, I called the office and they sent Elder Morales here within an hour or so. Elder removed the hive and repaired the screen within 30 minutes of entering my apt. Thank you so much Elder for everything that you do....garbage disposal, kitchen fluorescent light bulb replacement, assisting Nebraska Furniture on the installation of my washer and dryer and the water pressure in main bath. You're totally AWESOME!I have tried to get into this apt complex for years. I would always look at an apt and someone would lease it before I would make up my mind. It took me four attempts over the previous last five years. Maritza gave me the tour of apt #737, I was supposed to go back the next day and complete the process...evidently, I was too slow. Someone looked at the apartment the next morning, gave their deposit and BOOM! My apt was gone. Maritza called me and stated that the apt had been leased, but she would keep a look out for me. I finally got in, but that's another story. I am constantly in contact or chatting Maritza up whenever I am in the office picking up a package, asking for a maintenance request or passing through just to say hi... She has always been very enthusiastic about taking care of her Tenants. I thoroughly enjoy her personality and spirit. Very sweet, passionate and personable young woman that is truly admirable in the real estate industry. A true GEM! - Thanks for all you do Maritza! “Our family just moved in, but so far, our experience could not be any better! This feels like the IDEAL place to live for a young family. We are literally *steps* away from the Legacy Trail and we can walk to the playground at Windhaven Park too (my son is loving his "backyard park!")The complex is soo quiet, clean, and safe; I literally feel like I could leave my doors unlocked with absolutely zero concern. I am a little bit shy so I haven't talked to many of my new neighbors yet, but the ones I have met were SO warm and welcoming (the leasing office staff are as well!) I have put in 2 maintenance requests since moving in and both were responded to extremely quickly and satisfactorily. The Amazon package locker makes deliveries easy and safe, and I love that HEB is literally across the street... We are eating GOOD since moving here, haha. (Having a gas stove has been great, too!) The schools nearby are wonderful and I'm excited for my son to start kindergarten in the Fall and not be worried about the quality of his education (something that absolutely WAS a concern at our old apartment in the Dallas area...) We are really enjoying being wrapped up in all the surrounding nature- if you are into birdwatching, this place is basically utopia. Just while drinking my morning coffee I can see from my patio: woodpeckers, robins, cardinals, mockingbirds, crows, a kingfisher, an egret, finches, wrens, blackbirds, doves, ducks, and I think 2 more species I'm forgetting at the moment. The sounds of the creek after all this spring rain are so soothing. I think we are going to have an *amazing* experience living here!”

“Apartment manager (Sasha) and maintenance are extremely responsive and respectful. I would give 6 stars to them if I could. It’s another perk of not living in a massive unit. It’s an overall very quiet neighborhood. Great place to live if you want feel a little bit insulated from the “hustle and bustle””

“The Bel Air apartments are great!! Starting with great staff the whole experience is wonderful! They help you find an apartment that is right for you! The maintenance team is very responsive and are good at their trade! Trust me!! These two teams can make or break your experience!! The garage, pool and other amenities are top of the line!! Their location in Downtown Plano is amazing. The stores, restaurants and entertainment is non-stop!”

“I really enjoy living here! I have been here for 3 years and just like any property, it’s certainly not perfect! The pool area was what originally appealed to me before I ever set foot on the premises. It did not and does not disappoint! The unit I have is very nice , the appliances had some wear and tear - they aren’t bad. I am a little OCD on taking care of appliances - I believe the previous tenets were a little harsh on them - then there’s the stainless steel, that’s really not stainless…. that has nothing to do with property management, that’s goods / appliances…. i paid a pretty penny for many as a homeowner, that stained just as easily..

I love my apartment. It’s a nice place to live. The apartment staff / leasing office has had people come and go, but overall, they retain at a fairly impressive rate and seem to promote from within! The staff has always taken care of anything I needed personally, they seem to be very open to suggestions for improvement ! The maintenance staff is above expectations! I try to compliment them every opportunity that I can!!!

The tenants look out for one another for the most part! That’s an added bonus! We have young, older, families with kids …. it’s a very nice group! Evoke 2024 gets a thumbs up!”
