Today Purchased a disposable vape, and opened it / tried it in the store. It so happen to be faulty, hard to pull & burnt flavor. The store clerk watched and did not care and said it was my decision and said there's nothing he could do. I do suggest going a place that that replaces their faulty products, and accommodates it's consumers when having issues.

I came in here yesterday a bit before they were going to close and I was curious about a new vaporizer for nicotine.I will admit I was a bit picky and I had a good chunk of questions but the man that helped me (I'm so sorry, I meant to get your name!) Was so so so patient and pulled out many options while we discussed and looked at each one. He even reccomended a new juice for me too that I LOVE alongside the new ecig that I also LOVE.A million thank you's!

Way overpriced. They charged me $27 for a single juul battery. First time user. Everywhere else is way cheaper. I feel completely cheated.

Wow I had such a good experience with this shop just now. I'm new to vaping, so really appreciated the advice the clerk offered me. When I took my new purchase home, I noticed that the little battery light was staying on constantly. Also the vape container was hot, and it was hissing! I went back to ask what was wrong, and despite the "All Purchases Are Final, No Returns Or Refunds" sign, the nice gentleman kindly swapped out my defective device for a new one. That's great customer service.

Nice walk-in humidor right around the corner from my house. I recently started smoking cigars again, and didn’t even know this place was there. The prices and service were great. Will definitely be back soon.

The guy behind the counter was super helpful, was very knowlegdable about the products i asked about and actually offered me a small discount, i said it wasnt needed and purchased what i needed.
