Both front wheels of my mom's wheelchair blew three of the four bearings while she was out walking her dog. Like, she was outside when it started raining (today is 4/9/2024). She barely scooted under a tree to some shelter. I hurried across town, got her to safety and... luckily ACG was right and the corner. I couldn't have asked for better luck. The staff at ACG was able to figure out what was needed, helped me with my purchase and got me on my way. The repairs were quick and my mom's chair is back to operational capacity. The team at ACG were lifesavers today.

love this product, I recently visited the ACG Medical Store in Plano to shop for a wheelchair for my grandmother. They have a lot of options available in top-notch quality and the staff helped me choose the right one.

When you, Google medical supply stores that bill insurance, this supply store pops up but false advertisement, because I physically called the store and spoke to a clerk that said the store does not bill medical insurance for supplies at all- broken foot no boot

They are very bed services and DONOT buy from here I bought from them pay 1300 and my father pass away I called back with in 20 days supervised was bad attitude no information about service they are bed bed bed I hop there company will go default.I am going to very hard time I ask as a courtesy if we can move this bed to donate they said transfer charge is 250.Wowo

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Hard to find medical supplies. I will revisit. I highly recommend. I do not give many 5 stars, but this business is really, well, good.
