Walked in and the two coworkers in an empty store never acknowledged me or came from behind the desk. I had to walk over to them, even then it was dry and she never said hi or came from behind the desk to show me the items I was inquiring about.

Aaron’s in Plano, Texas is the worst store ever I pay my bill on time I’m never late. I returned a bedroom set that I no longer needed because my son moved. After returning the furniture they took money out of my bank account for the already returned furniture. The manager Victoria assured me that she removed the account and there’s no way that would happen. Instead of owning up and taking responsibility she chose to lie about it and hung up on me. Lucky for me I recorded our initial phone conversation where she admitted she removed the account however because I previously had problems with this manager and location in the past I covered myself by recording the call. I’ve reported this incident to their corporate office I’m not holding my breath on them doing anything about it however I hope they surprise me considering we as customers pay their salaries. It’s at your own risk if you choose to purchase from the Plano location. Good Luck!

I went into Aaron's and got approved for a certain amount. I had finally picked what I wanted which was bedroom items for my child. Shipment was suppose to come in 1 week never did they didn't call me I called them. Said they would return my call to see what was going on (never did). I go into the store and they said well 1/2 our shipment didn't come in. Okay leave wait another week and nothing call no return call. Go in and they look for items at other stores nothing. Told me they would call me (never heard from them) went and got what I need somewhere else. However they don't call you, update you, or actually care about anything in that location.

I shopped here because I could just get any credit going anywhere at the time I chance these guys! When my income stopped I politely returned their item back to them and the young lady who serviced me said my refund should come back on my that it could take up to 3 to 5 business days it’s been 9 days no funds have been placed! I called after the 3 day customer lady said she wanna gonna contact their IT department to see what’s going on their department that they’ll be reaching out to me I haven’t heard one thing from Aaron’s this is no way to do business! I got treated better at rent-a-center!

They have horrible customer service and have treated my cousins wrong and poorly. I 100% would not recommend. I would say a 1000% but they don’t deserve that much of time or effort from me.

It’s unbelievable the way the customer service is set up at this store. Then they will refuse you merchandise even when your already approved it’s like there holding it for there on personal use. Then the STORE manager Victoria is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & EXTREMELY RUDE!!! YET THEY LET A PERSON LIKE THIS RUN A STORE kinda explains the reviews very very well….BEWARE!!! I WAS ADVISE GOING ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!

I want to personally shout out Victoria in this store. She is the epitome of customer service. I picked an already sold recliner set and didn’t really want any other kind. First she called a few stores looking for it with no luck, then gave me the option to order although I didn’t really want to do that. Finally, she was able to get the set back I had from a different store and get it delivered the next day. I told her I needed a 30 min call ahead so I can leave work, which the delivery drivers did, but it was written in capital letters and highlighted on my agreement as a reminder to them. She was pleasant and accommodating from the time I walked in the store until the final call to set my delivery time. I recommend this store to everyone and anyone.

UPDATE!!!!AGAIN!!!! I’m not only going to return the items that I have been paying on but I’m NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM AGAIN. And if someone asks me to recommend doing business with them I WILL SAY STAY AWAY! They don’t care, they don’t communicate well with others and they only care about making a buck! They have inferior products for premium price!!!Customer service is not high on their list. Creating a plan for the customer to achieve the objective of continuing the business relationship is not a priority. When a customer is current and hasn’t had any issues with paying what is owed, that is the type of customer you should want to keep and accommodate.

Customer service is not high on their list. Creating a plan for the customer to achieve the objective of continuing the business relationship is not a priority. Communicating what has happened and what the desired result is the area of opportunity that the staff does not or has not been trained to accomplish. When a customer is current and hasn’t had any issues with paying what is owed, that is the type of customer you should want to keep and accommodate.
