I was feeling less than confident yesterday and feeling weighed down by my hair in this heat when I made a last minute appointment with Saghar at AALAM for the first time. I saw that the salon had good ratings and just decided to go for it. The whole staff was extremely welcoming and kind throughout my time there. When I told Saghar that I wanted to chop off all my hair because I was tired of dealing with it, she gently pried deeper into what I actually wanted and how we could help me feel lighter without doing the chop. I would have for sure regretted going any shorter than we did. I am so grateful for this experience. I was of course nervous to try somewhere new but she delivered everything expected and more. I'm not a big talker during hair appts, and the conversation did not feel forced, nor did I feel weird for holding silence for a bit. I think this might be my favorite cut I've gotten thus far, and it was for sure the best experience. Will definitely be going back.

Zero . Had an afternoon appointment. Air conditioning not working. Made me wait 22 min. I landed up leaving because I was told to be punctual and the appointment was to 45 min. I needed to be somewhere an hour later and there was no point waiting anymore especially in the heat. Sorry never got to try their services. This was enough

Allison is the best for any service you want! I got curtain bangs and a trim = it came out AMAZING!!! 10/10. She also made sure I had something to drink and was very comfortable. This is my go to place.Service: Haircut
