Terrible customer service and wasted timeRating: ★☆☆☆☆I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the AAA car service shop. The customer service was terrible, and the staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect. It took them an unreasonable three hours to complete a simple oil change and inspection, only to find out they had neglected the oil change entirely. This level of incompetence and disregard for basic service standards is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this car service shop and recommend finding a more reliable and professional establishment.

Today went to have my tires replaced and the workers chipped my rims real bad on purpose as told the owners that his workers following a hate group that goes around to store telling their lies. This the second time. I always went there with no problem till this hate group been going around manipulating people with their lies especially young people.So that's why I rated one star. Went there for almost ten years off and on when needed tires replaced or inspection.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I took my car to get a brand new starter and when I got there they told me it was going to be done within a hour or so and when I got it back my car was perfect then later that day it started having the same problem I took it back they got mad saying I will have to pay for a new one even though they told me i had “2 years of coverage” and when I took it to the dealership they told me someone in this shop added the wrong starter to the car and that it was a cheap brand where they got it from.
