Clean, everything was prepared and ready for people to come in at noon, there was only one employee but he was running like Mad. And making sure everybody was taken care of. What a nice surprise. Great job!

I came early in the morning to buy something and front clerk sarcastically greeted me “Yes Boss” instead of saying “Good morning.”I did not say anything or do anything to provoke him. His name tag says MB he wears glasses, and is bald. He needs to learn how to talk to people and show respect.

The men’s bathroom was one of the most disgusting public restrooms I’ve seen, I used the women’s instead and it wasn’t much better. I addressed my concern with the clerk, he couldn’t have cared less. This was the morning of 2/19/24.

We just moved to this area…We went to 7-eleven, Plano Tx. The cashier was very RUDE, and VERY RACIST. May I REMIND YOU, we are from the USA born and raised. This Indian cashier was being disrespectful. Closed them down BBB. No good service here.

Never go to this store at night. The check is very rude and will act like he owns the store. Walked into the store to get just a bread and some eggs. Wasn't able to locate it and asked for assistance. This was around 1am and the night clerk started saying I am causing him trouble just by asking where the eggs are. I told him what's your deal and he said he doesn't know where the eggs are. Then he started walking around and said the eggs are right in front of you in a really rude manner. I mean what kid of employee doesn’t even have the knowledge to just tell me the section it is in, they don’t even have to walk there. Keep in mind I was the only customer at the store. Then he refused to take the payment and said I can take the stuff for free. So called 911 because we didn't want any trouble or be charged of stealing anything. The cop came in and still he didn't accept the payment and said we can just take it. As an owner of a business I would recommend that this matter is looked at . There are many reviews that share the same experience.

Just walked in on the guy working the register arguing and yelling with a husband and wife. It seemed like there might be some history between them but I just stood away and waited for the couple to leave. When I walked up to the register to pay he told me to go home and he took care of the next person. Owner needs to contact me. Fire him!
