I went two days ago to get air in my tires. The outside machine said to use coins only and the credit card machine did not appear to work. I put my $2.00 in quarters in the machine and nothing happened. I went inside and there were two associates behind the counter. I explained what happened and they told me that the air pump did not work. I explained there was a note to use change. They just shrugged their shoulders at me that I was out of luck. I would have appreciated just giving me back my $2.00 or give me a free coke or something.If the machine is not working, why don't you just put a sign up? The coin box is still there for unsuspecting customers like me who think it is working.This is a recently new store that was just built from the ground up. I just think customer service is terrible. Never going back here. I went to the 7-11 down the street at Independence and 15th Street and their air pump just worked fine and I could use my credit card to get air.

The elderly gentleman is extremely nice. It was my first time at this location and he treated me very nice and made me feel like I am welcomed at the store. I will definitely be coming back to this 7 eleven if I am ever in the area.

Honestly don't know what to say but it was my first time experiencing this. Was followed throughout the store, went in with my coworker to change clothes to head to the gym and was told I couldn't come in (had a sleeveless white shirt on) I still changed in the bathroom and headed out. Just an interesting encounter honestly probably won't come back despite the proximity to our work area.

Gas $4.39 a gallon. BUT Big Gulps were.69 CENTS what a super super deal. Staff great and kind.

They won't honor their sale prices. I tried to buy 2 32 oz Gatorades for $4.50 which I saw in the refrigerator case. It rang up to $5.86. He said that was for tax. Um no.
