I just walked out the store at 11:10. The lady working the register was rude and never hopped off her phone to assist me or anyone else. She then looked irritated when I was telling her what I needed from her side of the counter. Will not be returning.

The cashier printed my lotto ticket purchase before I fully explained what I wanted. Then was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to get my correct ticket. He refused to print my correct ticket. Won't be coming here again. Extremely miserable and rude cashier.

The lady that worked on 4/1/22 was very RUDE to my husband and 9 year old daughter! We support this store all the time and will NEVER again! My husband’s card would not work in their card reader, and she shunned my husband with her hand and told him she has other customers instead of being kind and trying to help him! There was no need to be so rude! As African Americans we will NEVER step back into this store! Worst part was that she did that in front of my daughter. I’m glad my husband is a humble man!

I love this 7/11 its on my way to work but I really want you check the hazelnut coffe, lately taste weird and I found this store little bite dirty specially the coffe area
