This 7-11/Exxon isn’t the cleanest and it isn’t the nicest, but it does manage to get the job done. They are stocked on nice goods, treats, and sodas. Unfortunately, the bathroom doesn’t work, which is a major inconvenience. On the plus side, the employees are kinda nice, and the gas is of decent quality and reasonably priced. Overall, it's a functional but unimpressive stop.

New cashier that I believe is of Arab decent is extremely rude and doesn't know how to his job I work nearby at Kenny's Eastcoast Pizza and used to go daily but I will not return as Ling as they are working

Only one bathroom. Second bathroom, ladies is only for the owners wife. Dirty. 2 soap dispensers, but only one of them works. There’s aa airdryer in there, but it definitely barely blows air and if you want to stay there for 15 minutes go for it. No paper towels, nothing. Had to walk through a pile of boxes to get to the bathroom. They’ve been sitting there for months by the way. I like the graffiti on the trashcan in there. Most of the store doesn’t have prices on anything. In general, it’s just not what I was expecting for this part of town, or 711z I thought it was gonna be clean. The people that work there are super nice. So that’s a good thing. No tap to pay on any of the pumps. This place sucks drive two minutes down the road pay the same price for gas and get a place that’s not dirty. Some of the worst franchise owners I’ve ever encountered in my life if they could get their act together, this place would make tons of money can’t believe 7-Eleven doesn’t do anything. Ruining your reputation and your name even the responses are just a copy and paste thing.

I have recently been having an issue with one cashier in particular. He thinks he’s black and tries to fit in which is unnecessary and unappealing. Today, I went for my usual items and literally heard him talk smack about me in Spanish. I’m done going here after today because if I were to retaliate then I’d be in the wrong. Sorry to Mr. David, but you have some bad folks working for you today

Please check gas pumps daily to ensure they are functioning correctly and you have receipt paper available and ready to print. Every time I press the print button, a receipt never prints as it's always out of paper.

This customer service experience was not worth me stopping ever again more less givinga star. The cashier was rude and disrespectful. Got mad I guess because I was holding a cooler door open to long. I guessing the ringing let's the cashier know door open to long. Well I was undecive about a drink i was looking at different flavor of the 7-Eleven fruit cocktail. Now if the bottles where all faced forward so you can see the flavors I might not open cooler door so long. He said your just going hold door open like that. I was like do I need go open close them again. I thought I lefted door open or something. He was what you want very rude and disrespectful. I believe 7-Eleven pays those bills in that store not the cashier for him tell me iam wrong to hold open cooler door . Who is he to tell me how shop. I told him i didn't want anything. He said yeah get out here. He dont need be working in place that serves people I don't even know why he even got job here 7-Eleven is loosing money with him on shifts just think a 9 hour shift that he runs by him self how many times he has been rude to cusomer or does what he wants runs customer away that's not told or heard of..Think of all that money that you loose when he's on a shift he is not driving sales if he treating your customers like this just horrible he needs find a new job. I will even send good employees your way so you can fix problem this was at Park and Ohio

Pumps don’t work here… There are only ever 2 pumps working in the whole place and we live close by, so we constantly check to see if we can finally get some gas.It’s been months. Will someone please fix them?

This place is where to go if you only need Gas and nothing else. They are not 24 hours so if you go past 10 they will say they are closed. I work mostly at night so I'm up at night and this is the closest STORE to my apartment for something really quick this late. But what do you know I was inconvenienced at a convenience store
