3 gas pumps not working and not labeled that they’re out of service. It’s frustrating to spend 5 minutes wasting my time driving around the place to find a pump that actually works.

This happened a couple weeks ago, but I am still disturbed enough to come back and leave a review.
I went into this 7-eleven where an older man was working behind the register. It was just him and I in the store. I got a slurpee and went up to the counter and asked for some cigarettes. I was asked for my id of course and I showed it to him. He took my id and laid it on the counter and kept pointing to it and reading it very thoroughly. Needless to say I was a little weirded out by this. He then gets me my cigarettes and proceeds to question me on why I’m buying them. His English was not great and he kept asking me over and over why I’m getting them. He even held his hand out for a fist bump and I obliged, like I’ve done with many cashiers, but he then GRABBED and held onto my hand while reading the warning label to himself and pointing it out to me. I even tried to reply something like “I don’t know” and leave but he raised his voice at me and asked me again, pointing it out. He kept asking me if it was harmful for long term use and I finally just said “yes???” And he was like “ok!” And finally left me alone. I already feel uncomfortable going into gas stations as a lady but this will stay in the back of my mind.

The elderly cashier at the front desk was very rude. When I asked which cigarettes to choose, he showed impatience and then fell silent. Later, when I presented a QR code for points during payment, he, as your employee, actually asked me what it was. Don't your employees recognize your own 7-Eleven app? I demand an apology, and if refused, I will contact your headquarters manager and file a complaint with the BBB.

I just visited this location at 3:29pm. The gentleman that’s working here always gives me a hard time when I try to enter in my phone number or use my rewards. Didn’t know the cashiers could dictate how I spend my money. Then he said something about being poor because I wanted to save $1 and stated that it wasn’t free. THEY ARE MY POINTS! IT shouldn’t be so difficult using them.

Don't stop here. Pointlessly rude. I asked them the replace the expired milk in the cappuccino machine and the owner came out asking who I work for? Trash people. Don't give them money.

terrible experience with associate. The cashier discriminated, ignored, and yelled at us, and I was with my child. Now we are even scared to go because we don’t know what he is going to do to us.

horrible. Set out just before 5am for work on a stormy rainy monday and not a single drop of coffee in the whole place because the clerk is too busy visiting on his cell phone.

I went to go buy a lotto ticket and the clerk refused to take my money or serve me. Very rude person and threaten to call police on my because she would not take my money. I recommend everyone not to go to this place.
