The worst set of dipped nails I have ever had. Requested white tip and the guy was certain he could do it. At first they were too thin, and horrible shaped. I requested another layer and he used baking soda to do this and complained the shape was due to me nails being “too long”. He wanted to cut them. I said no. 3 days later, my names are coming up and turned yellow. I paid an extra 15 for French tip and long nails for absolutely nothing!

Zero stars! I originally wanted just shellac painted nails over my regular nails. This lady took it upon her self to shave my nails & burned my skin while doing so. I pulled back from the burn & she continues by yanking my hand towards her. She also added dipped is what I later found out. So basically I have fake nails over my real nails.? they are bumpy & looks terrible! Paid $45! My nails are so sore & my burn still tender to the touch. She also pulled off skin I’m praying I don’t catch a infection.Services: Nail cut & filing

Had an appointment for nails and pedicure and only was able to do pedicure because they told me they were too busy after my appointment was scheduled. Got my pedicure and had to ask if the supplies were sanitized, First Lady left me during my service and after about a 5 minute wait another girl came to do my pedicure and had to keep telling them each step what to do. I would absolutely not recommend this place due to bad customer service and overall bad experience.Service: Pedicures

First off they the guy is so rude and it took forever and he said it was my fault I moved when he was sanding my nails and my finger started to bleed and he still put stuff on my nail and I may have a infection now and he kept saying relax when I was so I rate them 0 stars

Anytime I go (2-3 weeks) for a nail dip, longer for summer pedi's, I am always greeted by my name because when you become a regular that is how it is done! I do not call but just show up and never had to wait but again do not usually go when I know they will be busy either. I have never had a bad experience here and I try never to be in a hurry.Things happen every where and no one is perfect, it's more of how you handle it.So remember when you leave your comment, it does affect a small family business and during these covid times, they need our support more now more then ever! If you have a problem, speak up! believe me they will make it right. Love this place!
