Amazing customer service. Needed to get my car in for a recall and they got me in the next day and had my car fixed within 3 hours when Gene messer ford told me I would have to leave my car there for at least a month to stay in line. Everyone was nice and accommodating. They have a earned my business for the future!

Lori was a help from the beginning. When we started looking for a car and had questions about vehicles she would answer honestly and clearly. She checked on us to see if we had found what we were looking for. When we did find a vehicle that interested is, she was honest and went over all the details clearly. For our next purchase we will go back and let her help us.

My Expedition had been in the shop going on past four weeks now. We are dealing with warranty and I feel the service department has really drug their feet. We have called week to week and been told they’d give us a call back numerous times and never received a call back. All to find out the part has been on backorder from the very beginning. They’ve known and never said anything to us. This is a bad way of communication. Not only does this make this service department look bad but it puts a bad image on Ford. My wife finally went up there to get answers and she spoke with a Crystal and she tried to put blame on another service advisor because he started the ticket. Which no longer works there. He is real reason Smith Auto got our business to begin with. This is all unprofessional and she didn’t know at the time but the individual she was talking about was a family friend and my wife immediately told her that! I just thought this was a very poor impression of what this company stands for and needs to be addressed! We were supposed to receive a call today still no call and vehicle still there!

Talked to several dealerships about getting a recall fixed, all were gonna be three weeks. Xalled Smith South Plains they said it's gonna be a few days, but they had it fixed next day. Awesome service department and service writers. Thanks Hannah.

I saw my next vehicle to purchase out of town at Smiths Auto in Plainview. Although the dealership was out of town their communication was on point. The sales agent Tobie answered all of my questions quick and timely without that pushy attitude that most sales agents have. There was a little technical difficulty to finish the deal but, I drove away a happy customer. Thanks Tobie.
