All of the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mara and Sharon. Rooms could use some work, but the bed was comfortable and the price is probably the best in town. I heard some customers complain of slow drains, and I did think that it was strange to have a kitchenette but no dishware or utensils, but walmart isn't far if you plan on staying an extended time.

Well, I stayed here for a windmill project going up to Claude, TX. I can’t complain too much. The room was a pretty good size. The cabinets were nice. The bed was comfortable. There were any bugs and that in itself is amazing for Plainview. I did have a light go out in my bathroom that didn’t get repaired for 3 weeks prior to me leaving. It wasn’t really a big deal to me but certainly was an issue. The price was reasonable. Sharon is amazing. She was very helpful when I needed something. It felt pretty secure and nobody caused any problems or anything. No disturbances of any sort. The internet sucked most of the time. Like everywhere else that is, so no real shock there. There is a liquor store next door for all you raging alcoholics out there. No DUI necessary, it’s within walking distance. 4 stars on that. I would recommend some new furniture but unfortunately people do like to destroy hotels stuff so I can’t really hold the feng shui against them. All in all it was a pretty decent stay. Value was there. It is a bit out of town but you can order delivery for whatever you may need. I would recommend this as a good option for extended stay.

Easy check in, lots of parking, young woman at the desk was super nice and explanatory. Room was clean, lots of TV channels, decent wifi, nice comfy bed. Great place to stay after a long drive! Also pet friendly with a small pet fee. Incldues desk and chair for those working from "home".

Definitely worth the money for a budget hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was some broken tile in the bathroom and torn carpet, but for the price it didn't affect the stay. It was very clean. Pretty quiet room and attentive staff. Right off the interstate in a spacious area.

The name of this hotel is Reddy. The hotel seems to be under a refresh but there is no warning of that when you book or arrive at the hotel. The room is large. Tile is cracked and not grouted. Carpet squares not glued down. Light bulb out in bathroom. Lamp by beds didn't work. Sofa has a patch. Fridge sticks out past the wall. Iron but no ironing board. No hair dryer. No breakfast. No bedskirt or comforter. Ended up with queen beds even though I reserved king.Have no idea why the google reviews are 3 out of 4. Stay here only if you must.

This place is cool. Love that it has a little kitchen so I can cook. Staff is cool as ice. Two thumbs up!

First few days were good. Then come Thursday I went to extend my stay and the young lady charged my card to the wrong room. I told her it was fine and she said they would put the money back on my card . First I was told it would take 3-5 business days. Still no refund to my account. So I called and then was told it would take 5-7 business days. Still no refund to my account. Just called and was told “NO SIR” it’s gonna take at least 10-15 business days. And up to 30 for a credit card. Damn sure quick to take your money but blame it on the bank if you don’t get the payment back in the time they FIRST told you. Also we had to keep asking for new towels. And most time they didn’t look clean so we bought our own. I wouldn’t recommend this place for the life of me.

Gross, I saw 3 roaches on the floor. When we pulled up there was a man loading a truck with house hold things like a crib and mattress ect. They do long term rentals and this guy was being evicted per the front desk. This is a furnished hotel with king and 2 queen beds, I guess they just piled in with extra mattresses on the floor or something. It was cheap and the only thing available due to travelers on spring break. This is my first review ever. I had to let others know how bad and low class this place is. Yuck. Sketchy. Gross.

Nicely set back, quiet. Mgr was friendly and professional. Next to a Liquor store. No, I skipped it, of course! Plainview West Texas, West of I-27 and the Covenant hospital on the Dimmit Hwy.

It was amazing! Clean room large rooms! Everything you need when away from home. Kitchen sink, fridge. I don’t care what anyone says this place is great on my book. Also very affordable!
