Kudos to the entire staff who treated me like visiting royalty. Nurses and aides always answered the call light as quickly as they could; I realize I wasn't their only patient. Food and snacks tasty and abundant. Administrators made room for me on short notice. Transportation team went the second mile. All friendly West Texas folks who genuinely care. Cable t.v. a bit of a challenge, but storms can do that to satellite dishes. Best time I could have had under the circumstances. Bravo to each of these hard-working health care professionals.

I was admitted about the fourth of October and spent about 20 days before I went home the time I was there the staff tended to my needs they were all excellent I enjoyed it to the bathing help with feeding me changing me physical therapy and transport wonderful people I would recommend this place thank you for everything keep up the good work ???

My mother was placed here for rehab and the staff was always so friendly and loving. After her discharge, the continuity of care was amazing. This facility made sure all home health needs were in place when she returned home.

We really love this place and the staff. They really care about the patients and they treat them well. Our dad is in their care and the respect they show him and the others is well above what we expected. Thank you for all you do!!!!

Took great care of my grandmother. Friendly and loving staff that truly care about your loved ones needs. Made sure she had great care, food, and any other needs. Highly recommend for your loved ones.

My sweet mother in law was at Plainview Healthcare Center for a long time. She received excellent care and loved her time here. The staff were wonderful to her !

I'm recently a Resident here and have been several times due to falls and surgeries. The care here is wonderful and therapy is excellent! Thank you guys for all yall do and have done for me! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I Ralph Langley would like to let Plainview know how well Plainview Health Care is taking care of me. Medically they have done all they can to do what the doctors have ask. The food has been acceptable. Therapy has been a great help for my needs. I have been here twice and have reveived great services. They have done a great job in transporting me to my doctors appointment.

Thank you staff, kitchen, and administration for all you do in caring for the residents PHC. I have always found it clean and decorated very nice. I feel that the residents enjoy the activities and attention received by employees. You are appreciated.

I’ve been here two years. It’s a great place! Always clean, the staff are all friendly and attentive! I have never heard of the staff ever being abusive! I enjoyed my time and my conversations here!

Beautiful staff. They are very nice and very caring. The rehab staff is excellent. My mother is happy with the staff. Nancy the Social Worker is very helpful and answers every question I have. Donna the LVN and Anthony treat my Mom as if she is their Mom. They all have been very accommodating. Thank you to all the Staff.

I was acting not nice first day. But I saw how clean & well decorated it was & I said....nice. The staff was nice & therapy worked me good, but that's what I needed, having lost my foot. I would recommend Plainview Health Care. They will take care of you or yours. I had seen bad old reviews from before the new mgmt took over, cried when I was brought here. But found out it is nice. Come take a look when searching for a place to take care of your loved one.
