“I went in to look for a new phone for my daughter. They were short staffed with only one gentleman working. Found out the other reps called in sick. There was a constant stream of customers coming in and he greeted each one of the them and went to help them as time permitted. After I had chosen a phone we had trouble switching the data from the old phone to the new. He was able to finally able to complete the download but had to stay an hour to do it. Very pleased with his service.”
