I would give 0 stars if I could. I think the manager or owner’s name is Casey. He is so childish and immature. Do not come here if you have been in an accident. He will give your insurance company hell and charge ridiculous fees.

If you're looking for a baby in a man's body to poorly paint your vehicle. This is the place for you. Took my car in for repairs and 3 days later I was called saying it was ready for pick up. Paint was 2 different colors and not blended properly. He disagreed but also said it was the materials fault. Materials that he ordered. Took it back a second time. Called me 2 days later saying its done. Still the same thing. This time he blamed the insurance saying they wouldn't pay for extra blending work. That was not true, insurance said they never received a supplement for payment. I called the insurance infront of the " owners" staff and let him know all they were waiting for was an email stating they needed additional work done to complete the blending of the paint job. He had his secretary call saying insurance declined the supplement for additional work. Which was not true because insurance said he never reached out. I wouldn't trust Covington with a coloring book. Poor workmanship and customer service for sure. I would travel to amarillo or lubbock if you need anything better than mediocre done. Owner told me he could not do a good job because insurance wouldn't pay. I feel it was just due to incompetence. He just couldn't do a good job. Never seen a company be open for the better half of 20 years and only have 3 years experience.

Did not use this service Owner was very rude, didn’t want to talk to me seemed like he was pretty arrogant.. business also seemed to be failing.. seemed like he judges people based on the way they are dressed.. in you don’t want to be profiled don’t go here.. Casey is the owners name. steer clear go to any other place anywhere else.
