I can’t speak to the actual rooms, but I wanted to make a note about the vast difference between the listed prices and their actual rates. This hotel price gouges “based on availability” so much that rooms listed for $150 or less actually come out to $290. No discount for AAA, just for choice hotel members, and they weren’t able to say how much the discount was until we produced our member number. We did not end up staying there and found another nearby hotel that also had limited availability but did not price gouge and even accepted our AAA discount.

In my 3 day stay they had the water off for an entire day and didn’t warn any guests, and the wifi has been down for two days. Do not recommend if you’re here for work very unreliable hotel

Arrived at the hotel, got checked in, & went to our room. Room was NOT clean. Bathroom sink area was nasty. Faucet had not been cleaned in weeks & counter top had visible dirt where it hadn't been cleaned properly. The worst part was that there were visible toe nail clippings in the carpet next to the bed. Went back to the front desk, & clerk initially was going to make excuses saying one of the housekeepers' vacuum cleaners was working properly. A) That doesn't explain the bathroom, & B) if you know the vacuum isn't working, get her a replacement instead of allowing rooms to not get cleaned properly between guests. However, the clerk did get us changed to another room, but had to move us from a king bed room (which is what our reservation was for) to a two queen room because there weren't any king bed rooms left for the weekend. The second room was clean, & good to go.
Other than the unclean room, this hotel was good. It was located in a convenient area, was quiet at night, & had a decent breakfast. Overall, I would stay here again, but I would definitely verify the cleanliness of the room before moving anything into the room.

This place is not worth what they charge. There was blood on the wall, the couch is disgusting, they definitely need to paint. This place was decent when we stayed here YEARS ago, but they have not done ANYTHING since. They claim they are remodeling. All I could tell was the dressers were all in the hall. However, the sheets were soft and the mattress was comfortable. It was a little inconvenient to get to because the access road is a one way but it's close to stores and restaurants. Service was ok but not very friendly, by any means.
Rooms: Not worth the cost.

The price was extremely high for location. I've been here multiple times over the past several years. Rooms have not increased in quality to justify the rate increase. The rate was about 30% to 40% higher than average in the area and what we usually paid for these rooms. Breakfast was average. The desk clerk was amazing. Security is not a real concern here as the outside doors are not controlled by key cards they open freely. The pool is out of order. The hotel across the street canceled my reservation due to remodeling, and I had to get another room quickly.

Unable to get a good night's sleep due to noise from the room above. Indoor pool was closed for maintenance the 3 days here. Breakfast is fair

Rooms looked decent, besides the hair all over the floor in bathroom, bad location, front desk lady mixed up my room? Some couple tried walking in my room at 11 pm while I was sleeping, luckily I had to dead bolt locked. ?️

This hotel was the dirtiest we have ever stayed in. We don’t think the sheets were changed from the last guests. Crumbs in the bed along with long black hair. A lot of black hair in the shower and mold on the shower curtain. Would sleep in the car before wasting $147 on this place again.

Had to find a place last second due to scheduling mistake. Mentioned to front desk staff I was traveling for work and that I would be working while there. Check into my room and WIFI is out... when I ask the same girl less then 10 minutes after checking in she tells me that WIFI was out and no telling if or when it would be back... This is insane to me, how would this not be something that was mentioned before I had booked a room(she even spoke about the WIFI) especially after I mentioned I would be working... I would not have booked if I had known before hand, feel ripped off and very unhappy.
Room is very nice however soiled by the above experience.

We called ahead to get an ADA room. But when we got there they had completely ignored the request. It made it very difficult for my wife. They would not correct their disregard for our needs. The building was well done. The housekeeping was excellent. So it is a shame we will never go back to this choice hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room was clean. Large mirrors also.
Walkability: Close to convenience stores and the interstate. Also the park is not to far away.

This is a decent hotel for sure. The room didn't have shampoo or conditioner but other than that a fairly good hotel
