Ever since happy was purchased by centennial bank, their online bill pay and app have been awful. I have gone days without access to my accounts and when they have outages they disconnect their local branch phones, then leave you to call their corporate help line where you will be (no joke) “number 75 in the queue.” I spent my whole life with happy bank, but am done dealing with them. This acquisition was nothing but bad for their customers.

Worst bank ever! As soon as I can figure out my bills that come through and switch them over to another bank, I'm OUT! DO NOT bank here! Used to be great! Sold out to Centennial and I challenge anyone to find worst!

Very small bank, greet customers by name. Have variety of products for all levels of customer; from student to senior citizens, from personal to business and investments.
