“I had been searching for a specific turner cowboy hat for my grandson birthday from Denver Co.. I finally found it at Mc Coys building supply. In Marcos, Tx. I Called the store and was told they don't ship merchandise out of state. Asked to speak to a manager. Nathan spoke to me and I explained why i was wanting to purchase that specific cowboy hat. He explained the store policy about shipping out of state. But told me he would see if there was something he could do to help with the birthday gift. He would call me back. A few days later i received a call from Nathan informing me that in fact i could purchase the hat as long as i paid s&h charges. I told him no worries. He sent me a email with a link and i was able purchase the hat with no issues. He also told me would send some McCoy swag since i was his first customer from Denver, Co. Nathan was a man of he word! I received the cowboy hat and swag with no damage to the merchandise. He marked the box as fragile! Nathan went above and beyond giving me excellent customer service! Nathan is a prime example of the commitment that he and McCoy's give to to there customers. No wonder they have been in business since 1927!! Thank you Nathan and McCoy's!”
