Update is to the comment provided is that, I have tried calling management. I have called 4 or 5 times now, leaving messages to those that answer and voicemail. I have yet to hear anything back. If I missed the call management didn't care enough to leave me a voicemail. I have contacted the Mopar customer service, and I have a case number now. I am working with my Lawyer to get things done the right way. I have my certified mailed letter going to the manufacturer and I'm going to be taking the vehicle back. Next I will contact BBB, TxDMV, and FTC to file complaints. I will update further when things happen for people here to know my experiences and to learn from me.

if I could give lower than 1 star review I would. Jt jr is a great salesman, until you have an issue. then he won't help you at all. I'm terribly disappointed and wish these folks would have better customer service.

As far as car dealerships go, I cannot recommend this one. They had a prize flyer going and I ended up winning a prize on my pamphlet. Unfortunately it was a day and a half after it expired and despite explaining that I was going through a tough time and asking them to honor it, they did not. It is what it is in those kind of situations and sometimes it didn't work out. Those kind of prizes are there to bring people in to the dealership. It did not for me, but it did get me looking at what they had to offer, and from someone in the car business this dealership doesn't offer a lot in the way of value. To name a few, the prices on pre-owned and new cars are not extremely competitive (they're selling most larger vehicles way over msrp), they often use auction numbers when you trade in your car (you're better off going to car max for trade in value), as well as the staff I talked to were not very friendly to me, it always felt like the end goal was to get me in a car and not to create a good customer experience. For prices as high as that you can go to other places for good value such as a free tank of gas with car purchase, free pickup and delivery for service, and car washes for the life of the car. Some of that does seem unreasonable, however, there are dealerships that sell new cars at msrp and do all of that for you as well. Not a bad dealership but there is definitely more to be desired and more to be found elsewhere.

Bill Well's Chevrolet has a good reputation of working with customers for fair deals and services. Inventory is on par for area of new and pre-owned cars and finding the best funding for financing.

Awesome experience! We bought my mother in law a Jeep, and about one month later, I wanted one as well. The service and friendliness of our salesman, JT, was above and beyond any other dealership I have ever dealt with. I got a great deal, lots of rebates, and he worked and worked to make the deal fit my needs! I have since referred several people to the same dealership/salesman. They are great to follow-up! I highly recommend this experience for anyone!
