why pick up a person if they didn't even verify that they wanted you as their towing service?? and then try to charge them double then what they made with another towing company ?? this isn't ok ! and to leave people on the side of the road how they were. should've minded your own and went on about y'all's day ! that's theft in many levels.

After a month of trying to get my car released from the tow yard , it finally happened. It took me calling my insurance while at the tow yard and having them talk to one of their workers, that I was allowed to pay the daily accured charges that were my responsibility. After the conversation with my insurance and the confusion was clarified, Big E finally accepted my payment, and were very helpful. It took awhile, but it finally happened.Service: Car towing

They overcharge they have no care about your car. Mine was there 9 days with window down . They got to charge $600 can't put a piece of plastic over window

Business kept my truck 10 days, did not work or fix the issue. They still charged for the service. After no return call from mechanic, I decided to go get the truck from business. I’m on a fixed income, on kidney dialysis and numerous other health issues . I am now out of $200 plus , truck is still in same condition as it arrived to this business. Richard was super helpful. He loaded my car up and recommended a mechanic since I had no clue where to take my car or who in the area was reliable. He also called the next day to make sure that I had gotten my car fixed and made sure I made it to my final destination. Thank you so much for the excellent service and the recommendation :)

The transmission in my car blew on the interstate between Amarillo and Lubbock. they sent someone out right away and he towed me to plainview and made sure I had a hotel room for the night before he unloaded my car. After he dropped me off they called my step dad to let him know I had been dropped off safely. Amazing service and I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you so much,Kiersten Bray
