Took my vehicle in after a collision. They got it back to me really quick, but I was constantly having issues with my Windshield wiper fluid hose. Had to take it up there three times for them to finally get it fixed correctly. They did not do a front end alignment or the tow. Now my tires are wearing on the inside because they did the bare minimum after a front end collision.

Ordered a headlight bracket. Two weeks after placing the order I called to do a follow up on the part they said it was on backorder. Called in another two weeks and it still wasn't in. One month is too much and it's sorry that I have to call myself to find that out. Bad service overall?

I wish I could give them a better rating but they really don't understand customer service or that the words you choose matter. I stopped in one afternoon to see about having my truck washed. The gal at the front desk had a very difficult time explaining that they were too busy but finally made me an appointment for the following morning. we decided to forgo the interior and only focus on the exterior due to the 3 to 4 hours they require (just for a basic wash!!). I returned in the morning and was greeted by the same gal and another employee. He explained that there was no way they would/could accommodate me. huh??! I explained that I had an appointment for now and I took the time to drive all the way here to just have the exterior washed. He again said they needed my truck for 3-4 hours still and there was no guarantee that they would be able to complete in that time. I even offered to give my number, aasking them to call me if they got a break in their schedule any day or time, I could be back within 15 minutes, nope, they were not interested. Whoa, I am quite certain they did not want to serve me as a customer. I have heard this same story at other businesses and will just need to accept this as the new business practice. This is very sad indeed, welcome to 2023.

This is the sorriest excuse for a mechanic shop I've ever seen in my entire life. They've had my father's pickup up there for over four months, gave him an estimate of the cost for the repairs which were all paid in full, and then didn't honor their commitment. We ended up paying over $2,000 over the estimated price. They had turn over in their shop, which was their excuse for not honoring the estimate. They undid previous work that we had had done on the pickup, so now not only does it not look the way we paid for it to, it also won't run like it should. Don't go here for your service needs, it's a disgrace. Anybody know a good lawyer for the civil suit we're going to file against them?

My daughter's 2020 kia was repaired after a collision. The battery was allowed to set connected until it had to be replaced. They would not claim it as part or the damage or replace it. They did charge me retail + 20% for a new battery. We had to install the license plate light as it was left hanging behind the bumper after we picked up the car. They replaced the back bumper and since then it comes loose because of a broken tab. Had two other cars repaired over two year ago, great repairs great service. They must have new owners. Do not recommend this shop.
