My dog woke up with an infection on Friday before Christmas. This group set up an appointment that afternoon, treated him successfully, and had him back to us before closing. Very friendly and professional.

They are always very nice. Most of the time, I can get my pups in pretty fast. If you have questions, they take the time to explain things. I would highly recommend them.

This is my … was my veterinarian for my dog. But today I called to get into see a vet with concerns of my dog with some poisoning which is symptomatic and I am told to call around to other vets. Their Vet is not available or booked up. They didn’t even have the decency to take name or number and at LEAST say they will give a message to the VET. I did call veterinarians around the area but came to the same answer call around… or we can schedule you for next week…..Who do we go to for PET EMERGENCIES around here?

They really suck I've called twice needing help and they've denied even helping. They say to go to Lubbock or call an emergency vet. Trying to keep your animals in Plainview and support Plainview businesses and they say go somewhere else. First time my dog ended up dying on the way to Lubbock. Now this time after years of that bad experience I thought surely they'll be different but no same thing can't help you.

How about no star!! Had an emergency. An outdoor cat I would take care of bc he had no claws and was sweet but couldn't find him a home for him (with 2 inside dogs of my own). My cat must have got ran over Saturday night bc on my way to work Sunday he came to me, nose half gone, broken jaw but was walking. It was Memorial weekend. I couldn't afford the $300 emergency visit in lbk so I prayed and checked in on him every chance I got. Come Tuesday I went to vet first thing asking them to just take a look see if I can get him worked on. The lady was so snobby and said it's a stray. Turned her nose up and said he's gonna die anyway listen to him. Then she said they were too busy w surgeries for the morning, and they couldn't out him to sleep.. Other clinic in town did same thing. So I took him to Lubbock where the vet was wanting to fix him up and even checked him for feline leukemia. Said she would fix him up and find him a home for me...No charge!! God bless vets like this that actually have a care and concern for an animals well being! F plainview clinics

They're very kind, and are super great if you need boarding. They're always good to my kitty, that has to be on medication. I recommend them 100%

My baby dog was hurt by jumping around..displaced her vertebrae in a few spots on her back. This amazing vet fixed her right up! This Dr is also a chiropractor! Who knew? I appreciate everything that she did for my Baby! Will never go any where else!

Quite polite!I was worried about it being a problem because my dog is a mixed breed with pit and I know a lot of people frown on that.I had no problems getting him his yearly shots. In fact, they were super sweet to my dog and even he seemed to be okay with them.My dog has bad separation anxiety and loves to talk A LOT. Especially when he’s over excited. They understood that he was just overwhelmed with the new environment. They even let me stay by his side until they took him to get his shots done. Even then, I was in a room nearby and could hear everything. The lady who took him in was super sweet also. I definitely recommend the customer service. As for pricing, it’s not expensive but it’s not cheap.I noticed that I got charged for a wellness check when I never asked for that but I assumed it had something to do with them making sure he was able to handle the vaccinations. That was 40$, then of course the shots and then the 3$ charge for license or something like that.Anywho, the whole purchase was 70$ even. Also, the rabies tag was definitely a must. They engraved on the back my number, his name and my name. I’ve never experienced anything like that but I definitely appreciate it! Two tags in one!I’d recommend you go to them! It was worth it!
