I was on a road trip and had car trouble right outside of Plains. The staff was able to help me diagnose my car’s codes and went above and beyond when we weren’t able to get me back on the road. They showed genuine concern which really meant a lot. Will definitely visit here again if I have car trouble in the future!

We lost a wheel on our travel trailer on our way home from a trip to the New Mexico mountains. With the help of a passerby, and a loaner chain from Willis, we were able to limp in to their shop. Friday afternoon at about 4:00 These great folks stayed late to complete repairs and get us back on the road. Many thanks to the good Samaritan who stopped to help, and the dedicated people at Willis Auto made it a successful trip

On the way home from Lubbock temperature of 105 air conditioner not working very good pulled in immediately got to us serviced our AC and had us on the way at a great price what a good fine this was

We were stranded on the side of the road miles outside of town. I called multiple shops within the 20miles radius. I spoke to a Roberto with NAPA who was very genuine and concerned about my situation. He gave me another shop that might do roadside assistance. With no luck I'm sitting there stranded. I get a phone call, it was Roberto asking if I was able to find any help yet. I responded no. Next thing I knew the owner Tim Willis was on his way! He repaired my tire in no time with the most kind attitude. This company is a great company!

Great place ! Was passing through town at 7:30am and got a flat, they fixed it immediately. Was able to get back on the highway and not miss much time.

I found I had a flat on my RV at a nearby gas station and was told NAPA could help me change it. They couldn't sell me a new tire, but swapped out my spare for a low price to get us back on the road. Friendly, prompt service.Service: Tires

This is the best shop in the area. The personnel were fast while also providing efficient and high quality service. Great group of professionals and the owner, Jose was super helpful, nice and stands by his work 100%. This is definitely the place to go if you want trustworthy and reliable service. 6 Stars!!!!

We're on our way to Houston and pulling a trailer. My couldn't leave until we got off of work. Needed a few things done on the trailer tires and we live 30 minutes away. We prayed and pulled in 2 minutes before they closed. The 2 men had no issue helping us. Wonderful service!!

We had a car breakdown as we were traveling from Round Rock, TX to Ruidoso, NM. This car broke down on a Sunday when the auto shop was closed. We called the number and were able to connect with the owner who arranged for someone to drive to the shop and pick up our keys so we could leave the car to get fixed!!! This was awesome customer service and they were able to work on the car while we spent our Christmas in Ruidoso!!! Love Texas customer service!!!!

I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with this quality of people in my life. We were on the road for 22 hours straight hauling Livestock and gave them a call and let them know we were having trouble with one of the tires on the trailer. They were about an hour and 15 minutes from closing and let us know that they were wanting to close up shop early. We got there within 15 minutes leaving an hour to work on the trailer and they proceeded to pretend to close up shop. All of the vehicles were there and another man was there to pick up his truck which confirmed our suspicion. Pretty poor business etiquette.
