“Crystal and her manager at 4300 midland location were extremely helpful. Trying to transfer out of spectrum to Verizon became troubling when spectrum customer service were terrible at cooperating but these two were right on it helping their customers at all costs. They were kind, knowledgeable and sympathetic. Excellent location with amazing customer service!!”
