I can't say enough about the good people at Century 21 Premier Group. In 2012, I purchased a home using theirs, specifically Bonnie Herrings, services while I was deployed to Afghanistan. She and the team went above and beyond helping me through that process. I will never forget it. From 2017-2022, Robert Herrings and his team at JR Rentals and Property Management managed that home for me as a rental property then in 2022, help me sell it. This team has been amazing throughout the entirety of our relationship. They always responded promptly and professionally to all of my correspondence. They know the business in and out. Our relationship grew from professional partners to friends. I highly recommend using this team for any stage of the process.

Derek Williams is the best! I purchased a home in Pittsburg from out of state at about the time the COVID virus was hitting. Derek helped me locate, inspect, purchase, and close on a house that I never saw in person -- I was 1600 miles away -- he even made himself available to me when I had questions selling my house in Hanford -- I am all moved in and love my house here and will be forever grateful to Derek for making everything so easy, going above and beyond, and looking out for my best interest. As I said....he's the best!
