Well 70$ will lose you thousands. So, these guys showed up 1 day earlier than they were supposed to, failed to call beforehand to let the owner, a 71-year-old disabled man, know that they were coming. The driver, who probably shouldn't be driving a truck of that size, came up the driveway, ran over 200$ of materials, then left without notifying the owner. Now ether they knew what they did and bailed, or like I said, that person probably shouldn't be allowed to operate one of those rigs because they weren't even aware. In any case. We will be converting all of our properties over to Electric, after the owner decided that he shouldn't "have to pay in full" for their blunder. We've lived here since 1992 and its just a shame to see one of the local businesses show this kind of morality. In a tight knit community area like this where word of mouth goes a long way, it's probably not a good idea to perform such "poor" business ethics. But hey, you reap what you sow. Perhaps the OG owner could have handled it better.

I was treated fairly the last time here. But to get screwed with a smile is beyond belief. Charged $3.60 a gallon when just up the road at Tractor Supply it is only $2.99 a gallon. Last time to deal with them!

Propane Depot charged me $60 MORE than I would have paid at Tractor Supply for the same 97.9 gallons. I will not be back!

When I go here they are fast to get tanks turned around. Paying is as simple as can be. I got 2 20lbs tanks filed payed for them and they checked on my home delivery as well was out in less then 15 minutes. They even answered a question I was had about a tank I was having issues with.
