Terrible pharmacy all around. Big blonde girl with glasses is very rude for absolutely no reason at all. They have told me come back tomorrow for over 4 days in a row. They just look at you like it’s not their problem when you ask an estimate on when your prescriptions will actually be ready. Called Kroger, they have everything everything I needed in stock ready to go for cheaper anyway. Use Kroger down the road, this place is terrible.

Terrible for so many reasons.On February 22nd I went to pick up a script from Walgreens not realizing that the script amount had been increased from me taking two 1 mg tablets of estradiol to me taking one 2 mg tablets. I was not informed by the pharmacy of these changes. So since the 22nd up until last night I had been taking two 2 mg tabs. So not only have I been unknowingly taking double the dose I'm now going to be short on pills and will now have to come out of pocket for the difference since it will be too early to fill through insurance. I don't understand why I was not informed of these changes. I've been taking two 1 mg tabs since August of 2023 so I never felt the need to read the label of something I had already been taking that long. The only reason I even looked at the bottle is because I was refilling my pill organizer I saw one estradiol pill that apparently didn't make it into my hand for me to take on one of the days. So when I was refilling it I noticed there was a color difference. If I hadn't noticed this then I would still have been taking the script until it ran out. Thankfully it wasn't something like lithium I was taking or an opioid of some sort. I've learned from this to always check your bottles even if it's something you've take for a while because if something as little as diffrent doses can be missed, it could've just as easily been someone else's prescription handed to me. Things like this is how malpractice starts.Also, having prescriptions reholding the Pinehurst location in a timely manner is impossible. I've had my prescription sent during the morning hours and I'll call to make sure the scripts were receive. I get told they will start working on them. In the evenings I'll go to pick them up thinking they'll be ready, waiting up to 30 minutes in line only to be told that they have not started working on them that it would be another 20 or 30 minutes.When you call, the hold time is extremly long. I've been on hold for 30 minutes before even speaking to anyone and then when someone picks up I'm being told "please hold" after I've already been holding and a few times been hung up on. I only use them because they are so close to my house but it's looking like changing pharmacy's would be a better choice.

Pharmacy is slow to service, they are randomly closed, open late, and pharmacy lunch times keep changing. This is not a one time thing, it's an ongoing problem. It's so bad that I've been driving to CVS on 1488 which is 15 minutes away, rather than ho here which is 5 minutes away.Truly a terrible pharmacy.The only reason I go here is when my doctors office screws up and sends a script here. I will transfer it every chance I get.Wish there was a way to give this negative stars.This place truly sucks and hasn't gotten any better in the last two years.

This pharmacy is terrible! If the staff even acknowledges you they are unfriendly and couldn't care less that they never have your RX's ready. They keep saying that they are "under staffed" but still no reason to be rude and uncaring. Would never go to this Walgreens if it wasn't the most convenient on my way home.

TERRIBLE terrible!! Blond girl with glasses looks at you and rolls her eyes no matter how nice you are being. Good luck getting prescription transferred and good luck actually pulling up to the window and the pharmacy being open. The drive thru is ALWAYS CLOSED!! When I have a very sick baby and the dr sends in a prescription the last thing I should be doing is taking him out of his car seat to go in and deal with the very rude blonde girl that's going to loudly sigh and roll her eyes at me because she has to do her job. I used to go here for convenience but it has turned into the biggest inconvenience!!

I'm appalled by the way I was just treated by whoever answered the pharmacy phone at this location. She was female and I regret not getting her name but she was INCREDIBLY RUDE so I asked to speak to someone else, and she hung up on me! I tried calling back, and someone kept picking up the phone and putting me on hold. If management would like to see who this was...I called on 5-17-22 at 12:45 and 12:54. This is incredibly immature and I would love to speak with management about this. Please feel free to reach out.

Today was the second time I've had an issue with the customer service at this pharmacy location. We had script called in 6 days ago. Went to pick up. Says it's not at this location. Yes it is. Go back and forth. Turns out yes it is at this location. It's just not ready. Someone did something in their system wrong. No apology. Tells us it will be ready in 30-35 minutes. Explains we are in a hurry and we had similar issue last time and and this is why it was called in 6 days early, we can't wait the 30 minutes. Rude, no help. We ask to speak with supervisor. Supervisor is rude too. Says it was put in their system wrong it'll be 30 minutes and hangs up the drive thru phone while we are talking. They did end up getting it ready within 10 minutes so I gave them 2 stars. Had they been polite and said they'd get it done as fast as they could, it would of been no issue, but they all offered such rude customer service. Walgreens pharmacies in general have terrible service every time I go.

Terrible phone service at pharmacy. Trying to transfer prescriptions is a nightmare. Third phone call and have been on hold for 26 minutes. Have to listen to several recordings including all store information like locations and hours before you can get to the point of selecting check on prescription status. If you don't have to come here because of insurance, I recommend somewhere else. 29 minutes now and still waiting.

Pharmacy at this location is a joke! Long wait times, manager picks up the phone and hangs up, prescriptions never ready on time, drive thru is always closed and the line inside is wrapped around the store even though they have several people behind the counter scream laughing and eating.
