Paulina and another male worker were very helpful and kind. Paulina provided excellent service for passport photos, taking multiple pictures to give me options and even helping me fix my hair. The passport process was quick and stress-free. I highly recommend this place for getting your passport!

Miss Theresa was very kind, patient, and helpful in assisting me to get my glamour shots, I mean.. passport photo and paperwork sent out. I highly recommend you going and seeing her at the Pinehurst post office.

Come here! You will be pleased, Paulina and Teresa was fun, humorous, and helpful. We came in for a passport and ended up leaving with an expedited passport, and sea turtle book of stamps! Give em a shot, they keep a good pace and will help you!

Well, just that the lady was very austere and rigid. When I come to this post office I'm usually met with a very courteous disposition by the workers but, she was the manager and was rigid following the rules that I wasn't ever aware of. I guess everyone else was just super nice and I shouldn't expect that from everyone.

Went to do my passport and the staff was very friendly and efficient. If you need to get your passport done this is the place for you.

Went for passport services. In and out in 10 minutes. Had to go to walgreens couple of miles for passport photo as the supplies were not availableat the post office, but all in all, was a great experience. Will recommend.

This is the absolute worst post office I have ever had to rely on, the persons at this post office should be fired and replaced or close it entirely, late and missing postal deliveries, arrogant employees, poor service. It should be shut down, better depending on other post offices nearby than continue with this incompetent bunch, our tax dollars are being wasted at this location.

I had an issue with the Passport appointment I made online but Pauline was friendly and helpful and got my application submitted in 30 mins. I didn't expect to have such great customer service! Very impressed and will use this location for my post office needs in the future!
