Been here a few times and had great service. The reason I’m giving a low review is because I paid for a lifetime alignment, I wasn’t planning but was convinced that I would save money. Now they are no longer “honoring” the lifetime alignments. Funny thing is I had a feeling after that this situation would happen. Lady did say I could get a discount so I tried to make an appointment but now the alignment machine is not working or something and it’ll be ready in 2 weeks. Such a shame I liked this shop a lot. Taking my future business to a better shop with better customer service (lady on the phone sounded like I was a nuisance and she wasn’t very polite.)

Was looking for help fitting staggered wheels and tires on my car that would require minor fender work. Salesmanship was great so I moved forward, but when I came to pick up the car, I was told the body work wasn't needed. Proceeded to shred the brand new tire walls when leaving the shop. Eventually got the body work done at the expense of chipped paint. Wheels were scratched around the lug holes from install, tires weren't balanced right. Maybe they know trucks and lift kits but I was majorly let down with the work done on my car.

Jimmy took great care of me from the minute he took my phone call. Mark is a badass and knows his craft. Mark also stayed late into the night to make sure I was taking care of. Great customer service and I will be back for more.

Alignments and more.Came to Mr. Jimmy at Funky Monkey for an alignment, best $100 spent on my vehicle (aside from other routine maintenance) in a while. We're rolling down the road like it's 2015, again.Make sure you're up-to-date on your vehicle's regular service schedule - alignment, erc. Tires will only get more expensive in the future...Quality work, quality service, quality folk.

Had these guys handle my custom wheel and tire package. Could not be happier. They did a great job and reasonable price and reasonable amount of time. Will definitely be back now that I trust them to handle all that expensive stuff that I don't want scratched. I know this will be done right here. Thanks Mark!
