I’m posting a good review ? I exchanged tank at Walmart Spring, Texas and used only 2x due to tank being faulty. Contacted Amerigas and Michelle exchanged with no problems. Will definitely use again. Great customer service.

I've never had a good experience with the service. I can't get my receipts on my door. Get over charged for every little thing, and if it I could switch to a different provider l would in a heart beat. YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!

Not sure what you are referring to. Your Driver is excellent. I sent a request to have my first billing reviewed about a month ago & have not received a response. That part is Poor.

you guys are a complete scam and this should be illegal. Charged my twice what the current gas price is. Tried online chat, after wasting 20 minutes they couldnt help me. Sent messages to customer service, no response. Delivery guy was fantastic though. But in general Amerigas is a corrupt company and should be avoided if at all possible.

Terrible customer experience and I never receive a call be fore you come out. You’re luckily I’ve been home and not had my gate locked.I also never got my sign up discount bonus from years ago.

Made my order on Dec 5 w/30% in my tank,,, w/ back & forth uncessfull delivery saying my gate "closed" (when Not True). Next delivery I waited literally outside!!! & Received a txt saying my delivery was uncessfull because of gate locked again?! Liars!!! I think this company has drivers, that don't even stop by & Just make up stories such as gate lock, driveway block, unable to access tank(?)...now January 4th!!! I have below 10%. Dissatisfied customer service!!!.

20 years with Amerigas and kicking them to the curb. They are currently charging me $4.99 when current rates with other suppliers are $2.59ish. This is under my”contract” although my contract has been up years ago. I have been trying to get In Touch with someone for a week and no one will call me back except for the horrible call center in The Philippines and They cannot answer my questions.Before you sign up with them, read reviews. So many complaints!!!!
