Very disappointed in Liberty Liquor in Pilot Point, Tx. I bought a $45.00 bottle of Irish Whiskey as a gift for my SIL who lives over a hour away from me. When they opened it that night the top of the bottle was shattered. I had photo of bottle so went to the store and they contacted owner, he wanted the busted bottle back in order to offer me a new bottle. The bottle was in Oklahoma and already thrown away. They have small kids so didn’t need to keep a busted bottle laying around and I’m not wasting diesel when I spend a lot of money at this store. I will no longer be buying from them.

Requested glass bottles of the cheapy stuff I like and owner got a whole case in for me ASAP. Good prices and all the staff are awesome. Highly recommend!
