Original Review:
Great and fast if you're buying, but when needing warranty work done, you're at the end of the line. A/C went out, replaced everything to get their full warranty $$$ was not cheap...A/C was replaced in a day...2 weeks later A/C went out again due to faulty part. Truck has been sitting without being worked on for a week because they have other more expensive ACs they have to fix. They will not honor an appointment, to bring the truck in later, told us if we take it, it will be placed "at the end of the list" again.

James and John are THE best! We have lived in this area for just over 3 years. Finding a mechanic you trust when you move is tough. These guys made the transition so easy! They are down to earth, treat us like they would their own family, and do quality work!

Cass, John, and the whole crew here are outstanding. Had a lift and tires put on a Bronco and they were basically my support and design team as I can never figure out what i want. From point of contact to completion they were there, never frustrated, and just had the “whatever you need” mentality. Problems were ran into mid build and they again, knocked it out with their communication and problem solving. They were also lower priced than a competitor as they don’t add in erroneous costs last minute.Highly suggest this crew for anything you need!

I had the opportunity to visit Integrity Care and the staff was amazing, specially Luis. He was very kind, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about my car needs. If you add that to the fact that they have very good prices you get the perfect formula. I’ll be coming back to service my car there from now on and I recommend who ever is reading this to do it as well.

10/10 would recommend.My truck feels and looks brand new after taking it to this place. Luis the manager did a really good job understanding what needed to be done and helped me to understand why.

Once I needed an 02 sensor replaced for my nissan truck, and took it to integrity. They charged me around 1700, and didn't fix the problem. They asked me to bring it back, just turned off the engine light. When it came back on I tried to call back just to be told that it could be something else, and then ignored. They call them self "integrity" laughable.

Went to get a grommet for my shifter replaced ,they put one off and I still had it falling off of the grommet so I took it back and without asking me about anything or getting a different part they just went ahead and welded a bolt on and called it good. I also had an oil change done while this was happening and my oil was leaking ever since I left, so I ended up doing the oil again myself. If I could put zero stars I would.

Nice place, Nice people! Came in for an inspection. No waiting! Needed a light bulb to pass inspection. They did it right away. Fair price.
