In today's age where customer service are people more concerned with their phones, and resenting their job.It has been a refreshing treat to be miserable uncomfortable and feeling foul to stop and get meds from a friendly kind face, actually having some care. And seeking to make your day a little better.When I was in last week, the young lady mentioned that I look miserable and asked if there was anything else she could get for me to make my day a little nicer. With Voldemort the monster boil throbbimg on my neck, that made all of the difference to my day.Today was the fifth time we've been in between picking up stuff for my wife me, the kids and me.Wjen we change insurance we will be choosing our policy on whether hometown is I network.

I've been using this pharmacy since 2019 and I've always had the best experiences. The drive thru window is so convenient and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They text you when your script is ready which is also convenient. Overall great pharmacy.

I’ve always had a great experience with this small town pharmacy. Being from a big city, but now living in a small town nearby, I’m so grateful for the attentiveness, care and customer service whenever I need prescriptions filled or a question answered.

My husband and I went in today to get our flu shots and were told we had to have our Medicare cards. I tired several times to explain that we have Humana Advantage and do not have regular medicare cards. The pharmacist came out and was very rude and told me to take my business back where I usually go. I went back to my truck and called Humana. They ARE contracted with Humana but we will never darken their doorway again.I filed insurance for 25 years but this business would NOT take 2 minutes to call and see why they could not get claim to go through! Went down the highway to Axtell and they got on the phone and resolved the issue with filing and were SO NICE and professional!

Excellent customer service and small town atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff and items are always ready quickly. Russell is very knowledgeable and helpful when asked about any medication. Very glad to have this pharmacy close to home.
