This is one of the prettiest lakes in the area. The water is clear at the shore line and there is no trash in the area. Campsites are great as well. Would recommend.

Beautiful and such a great day trip for the kids. Love how signally distanced is was, as it is a state park, and day passes/reservations are required! Hoping to get back there with the kids, before school starts again.

This is a very well maintained park with lots to do! We hiked, kayaked, rode bikes, and RV camped. Loved it all!

Sunday Oct 14 my hubby and I were hiking the park, and we got off the trail and got a little lost. We wandered a couple hours, getting very tired and a little nervous but we made it to a campsite road that we knew. It was still a long hike to our car. It was starting to get a little dark. A very nice lady park ranger drove up in her car and stopped to see if we were ok. Even though she had just gotten off work, and had to make room in the back seat for us, she drove us around to where we were parkef by the beach area. I literally was not going to be able to hike any more that day. She literally saved us... not mortal danger but a scary experience, and I did not get her name. Please tell her thank you again for us. She went above and beyond.

Awesome place to stay!! Employees were very helpful!! They made sure we had the camping spot that we were looking for.
