They gave me the wrong size coil, and told me they couldn't exchange it or i couldn't return it. When it was their fault. The coil is still in the package and sealed. Has not been open.

Generally speaking they have what you need. My issue is, they sell you a mod and then don't have the coil for it down the road. This really aggravates me as they then try to send you to another of their stores. Just go to fire vapes, they haven't let me down yet.
