We were pleased with the price of our home and auto insurance policies through Texas Farm Bureau of Hidalgo County in Pharr. When the last hurricane hit and we had a claim, we realized how valuable an insurance company with their own local adjusters could be. They were so good to us through this process that we also bought our life insurance policies through Farm Bureau. You won’t be disappointed if you let them meet all your insurance needs.

I witnessed my boss deal with this company and he had a horrible experience with them. I’d never do any business with a insurance company like them. Be careful with Mr Rendon, he is very sneaky about how he runs things at the Pharr location. Best to just look elsewhere…

I've been a customer for over 18 years n my home insurance get canceled for not giving a payment n I call main office n tell them that they SUCK as a company n Juan Carlos Redon makes a decision of denying my home insurance for being rude cuz he doesn't want to deal with me. Well Mr Redon where you like it or not you are going to deal with me because we have 3 LIFE POLICIES with Farm bureau. So good luck!!! My question is: AM I THE ONLY CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN RUDE WITH YOU ALL???

Horrible customer service. Since Mary started as the manager, they have lost my business. They don't know the business. They don't return phone calls and they when you go in, they are very rude. Very rude! After me providing the same information I needed for a new vehicle, they could not add the new vehicle to my policy. When they did, they got the vin number wrong and so I was paying for someone else's vehicle. Probably someone there. Go somewhere else!!
