Arturo helped me get out of my service with Verizon. Was in and out and he has helped me every step of the way he goes above and beyond they paid off my phones with Verizon and I have had better service. Really recommend the switch and if you go in ask for Arturo you won’t be disappointed.

The store is nice and clean and the associates are friendly and mostly informative. But some do not pay attention to detail. So make sure that you're getting the product that you actually want. I was getting a 512 GB Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and they were fixing to give me a 256 GB. They do not even carry the 512 GB. You have to order it yourself from T-Mobile app or website and have it shipped to your home. Other than that it's a good place.

Friendly person behind the counter. Had to leave because the bladder was full. There is no customer restroom. I need a new phone but couldn't keep looking because of the inconvenience.

I absolutely hate this store right now! I'm traveling far from home for work and my phone stop working. I came to this store yesterday after work, spent over an hour there and was lied to then sent on a wild goose chance to get my phone fixed in a town I DON'T know and I DIDN'T have my phone for navigation.Well the truth is my phone wasn't eligible for repair because it was paid off and no longer covered by the Tmobile insurance so I simply needed to get a new phone. Instead of being told that, the rep Liz sent me to the nearby Best Buy saying that the two companies have an agreement and Best Buy could repair my phone under the Tmobile insurance since her store does not have a repair technician on site. LIES!!!! In fact, the Geek squad at Best Buy was appalled I was told this and they called her to tell her to stop sending customers to them. They can only fix phones if the Geek Squad warranty is on the phone which happens only if you buy your phone at Best Buy.The rep at best buy gave step by step directions to another Tmobile store who resolved my issue in less than 30 minutes.
