The best staff to work with. They get you loaded fast, and if you have load requirements, they take care of it. Inside staff are very good at getting the paperwork completed fast and getting you back on the road. They are the best place that I pick up from, and everyone is extremely nice and very pleasant to work with.

Not too bad of a place
Could be tight backing
Easier just to blind side in the door
But I guess you could back in from the street to make it easier if u can't blind side that good or don't feel comfortable doing it that way.
Over haul not too bad
Did take 3 hrs to get load with only 2 pallets but I think they were waiting on another truck to get there with the stuff. Check in was easy as well.

-10 star this company only for Mexican they not allowed to pick up any body load here if you come you can wait here 2 days . Everything is done but they no want to give you paperwork. If you have this company load cancal it right way . If you are Mexican welcome

I have come here many times and to unload it is one of the worst warehouses, they have no space to be inside and they take you out onto the street to wait until they speak to you to give you a ramp and it takes a long time, 7 and a half hours from when I reported to leave empty ?

First time, and I was worried because of the feedback. I here got here about 0945 in MORNING. there was parking outside the fence very near to the receiving office. Went in everyone was professional and curious. They got me a door right away. Back in off the street made it a lot easier. You can do a u turn inside the gate but tight as hell. There is plenty of room to back, and plenty of room between doors. I got a washout from Blue Beacon in San Antonio before arriving, so no one could cry about that. There is a lot of traffic getting here. Interstate 2 has lots of construction. I am the whitest guy I know, and no one treated me any different than any other driver. There's nothing to worry about, not as bad as it sounds. Loaded really fast. Thanks for the great experience.

Truck drivers do not come here. If you are not Mexican they will sit you until you are the last one and that is not right. It supposed to be equal but it’s not. They take care of all the there kind before they will take care of you. It’s messed up and it’s not right. It’s sad when you get treated bad in your on country. So if you not Mexican do not come to this company are the will screw you over.

No Parking for check in. street both sides red curve and always full day and night unless your's luck. Don't wait for call. Ask them after each hour. because no body care about your waiting.trailer back to doors from street.Get ready $ 50 dollar cash. Because your trailer very dirty and berry very expensive. Pay them then all ok Np. I check in 9:00 am and now 5:15 pm and still at door. If you don't have products ready why you giving pick up number ? Can you inform to broker product availability ETA ? God bless drivers God bless America

Extra star cuz they dnt take too long but the workers dnt get paid enough they just come to you & ask for money in order to load if you going to get load get your trailer washed prior otherwise they gna say we not gna load you & if they ask money for washing and cleaning dnt give them anything they wna make easy money by making fool of you

The people are very friendly but as in all warehouses in Laredo and elsewhere, the wait can sometimes be very long..... (3 hours for a pallet, in my case)
Just a little advice to enter their yard, go to the neighbor across the street and reverse it will be much easier to reverse at the dock..... have a good day!!!!!
