The center that actually doesn’t throw most items in the trash is 30-40 minutes away.) Then, there’s Staples. My goodness, they recycle so many items!!! From pens and pencils to electronics, batteries and more, they take so much! THEN, they give you a coupon for $10 off your purchase that day, just as a thank you for recycling. THEN, you earn points for recycling just as you do for making purchases. I didn’t know that and when I went to pay for an item, I ended up getting more than $35 off my purchase thanks to the $10 coupon + my points earned from recycling. Woot woot! Not bad at all. Thank you for helping our environment by accepting so many recyclables, Staples, especially school and office supplies. ❤️”
