Don't waste you money nor your time here!!!!!! I have a truck in the shop for more than 1 month, first they take more than 3 weeks to diagnose it after they told me it would take 3 days. Then they missdiagnose it and they take another week to give me another diagnose, not to mention that I had to call the service guy, Felix, MANY times and i even got the service manager, Danny, involved in this and still nothing is going on! Now in trying to get the general manager, Bobby, involved. I dont know what goes on in this place bit they are worthless!!!!!!!

Worst customer service. Needing a quote for a list of trucks. Won’t do it over the phone so they want me to email it to them. Ok that’s fine. Asked how long will it take. Says 15-20 minutes. Ok cool. I called the day before for this information. Come in the next day dont see anything in my email. Tryed calling just to check and make sure they where working on it. One guy answered said he will in form him on it. Ok that’s fine. Waited 2 hrs. Still nothing. Called back got a different guy. So I sent it to him. He gave me a wrong email. Tryed calling and no one picks up the phone just puts me on hold. I shouldn’t have to jump thru hoops just to get a quote. This is ridiculous.

Took our truck here and these guys did us right... took a couple days but that just means they’re busy..and that’s a good thing. Prefer them over the KW dealership up the road. Art kept in touch with me daily and I appreciated that!
