CAR DAMAGEDOn 6/6/2024 my car's windshield wiper was ripped off. I tried to report it immediately, but at this same moment, there were 2 other people who were also reporting damage; one person had their siding torn off, and another, the roller machine scratched their top. Everyone was visibly upset. I filed a police report and canceled my membership. With all the better equipped and staffed options out there, i don't see why anyone would go here.Response to quick quack.Your response implies that i do not employ logic and common sense.OF COURSE I addressed my concern to one of your employees as soon as this happened. He got my License plate andALL my information. I wouldn't otherwise expect any action. Like i mentioned in the review, he was busy with TWO other individuals at the same time with the SAME problem(obviously overwhelmed) check your video surveillance if you'd like to verify this and so you can note how long I waited. And while you are checking the "hundreds" of cars follow through and verify they were all damge free. As for your suggestion that i give my information, I have done this already. Do you not have it? What was done with my information then? So, nobody is working on resolving this issue?

This place scratches paint and tears parts from your vehicle. You can try all you want to have them pay you for damages and they will NOT. Management is full of lies. I am extremely disappointed with this place, all they do is apologize for inconveniences. Pass the word and wash your vehicle elsewhere.
