Very disappointed in Jacket . Changes were made and I was not notified. Took them 6 months to deliver . They played the blaming game , Blamed COVID .. now my Senior is left without a jacket for their poor choices .. pic below shows the inside of the jacket that has a zipper and No lining.. No explanation of the zipper . Staff didn’t know .

Customer service is awesome!!! Called to make some changes and I can't remember who I spoke to either a Lidia or Alicia (sorry). Anyways, she was so courteous on returning my call and went above and beyond to help me with my situation. Was very grateful for her services. Definitely recommend this establishment!
