This was our first trip to Matt’s in Pharr.
After 4 separate trips to look at flooring at the big box stores and desperately looking for someone to help and getting nothing but the brush off we decided to give Matt’s a try.
We were very pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked through the front door. Welcoming smiles, hello’s and how can we help you. We knew we were in the right place.
We proceeded to the flooring department and were immediately greeted by Chris F. who was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and got us all set up and out the door.
Then we headed over to plumbing and another employee greeted us as well and thanked us for coming in.
Very pleased with the 5 star service this company provides to its customers we will not shop anywhere else. Thank you

Grand opening. They are finally open. Now I have a place for my fixer up needs. Store was well stocked and associates were were friendly and have. I will be returning for my hardware and and lumber needs.

Showed up for the grand opening and I might say it looked nice, but most of the things didn't have prices. In my opinion, it was rushed to open too soon. Give them an effort to try to open early.

I visited the Penitas store and bought flooring where the gentlemen inside were very helpful and the service was good , but when it was loaded the guys threw it on and did nothing care . i called it to their attention and they ignored me because i had already paid.
